What all do I have to do to make a buck?
Sure most of us have a job, mine is even a fulltime one. The fact is that some of us dream of a different kind of life that working for someone else just does not make happen. I think it would be great to work where ever there is a connection to the internet.
The problem is finding a group of ideas that you can put together that add up to the perfect opportunity for yourself. Sure it is possible to find just one idea and create that kind of life, but it seems to make sense that if you find multiple things you can find one that works faster and maybe a couple that work together to build your dream.
I have had a couple of small business in my life. One of which was started much like this in that I took money out of my pocket, bought some used equipment, and started trying to sell a service. It took a couple of years to build it to the point that it was a viable, profitable business. So now I hear a few people have been making money with their blogs, but I do not think everyone can just “copy” the idea and make money.
I think you have to have a couple of different ideas and work them all together. I am looking into selling products both on Ebay and using the local Craigslist as ways to sell what ever product that I happen to think will make a profit right now in this economy. If I also use a store front connected to this site, maybe I can sell directly that way also.
I like to take pictures so I am looking into using a service to sell them as stock photos. I even believe that a person could take some of their photos and other ideas and sell T-Shirts. Of course all of the ideas take time yet not much money if you have the desire to learn how to do it on your own and make the mistakes needed to make it happen.
This site is a constant learning curve starting with the Wordpress software, and all of the plugins. Learning what ads will work and what does not. Learning where to place things on here that make the most sense to me, and hopefully to anyone that reads this.

There are a ton of ideas out there. The key is to find the one that works for you. I am still looking myself. Good luck to both of us.
